SAMBUCA is a sweet dessert liqueur, with an intense aroma and a delicate taste. It is drunk with or without ice, added to vanilla ice cream or coffee

Sambuca is a natural liqueur originating from the distillation of flowers and some plants, some well known such as fennel (foeniculum vulgare), star anise (illicium anisatum) and other elements that represent the secret recipe of our sambuca

The recipe for our sambuca dates back to the 14th century and was found in the ruins of an old abbey located on the Ligurian hills


We continue to use the recipe with the infusion of plants, with dedication and precision. All liqueurs are constantly mixed, tested by master distillers, and left to age. The production process of our liqueurs is meticulous, never rushed and it takes a few months to create the product. It is with passion and love for the beautiful things of the past that we have managed to create a liqueur that is unique in taste, quality and perfection

  • Production area and characteristics : Sambuca is a typical Italian product. Our ingredients have been chosen only in Italy. Our Sambuca is produced with a mix of natural herbs such as elderberry infusion, aniseed infusion and more
  • Aroma : the aroma is created after an infusion of herbs for 60 days. The aroma of Sambuca is sweet with a great sense of product density
  • As drink it : Sambuca is an excellent drink for dessert, but also to drink with Italian coffee
  • Alcohol : 38%
